UCHS Exceeds State Reading Benchmarks

Standardized testing is a complicated thing. We fully recognize that there is a large amount of growth and merit that standardized testing does not and cannot account for. We also recognize that standardized testing is supposed to be an objective measure used to gauge learning and academic growth. In an educational period where we continually see headlines about declines in US students’ standardized testing scores, UCHS has maintained a high level of achievement on objective scores relative to national and state data.
